SICK安全柵的參數確定
全柵選型在安全柵的使用中比較關鍵,選擇正確的安全柵是保證系統防爆的基礎。安全柵選型要保證以下兩點:*,要保證系統的工作正常,需要根據系統的參數,確定安全柵的參數,齊納安全柵主要看工作電壓,zui高工作電壓,端電阻等參數,隔離安全柵主要看可以達到的精度。當然,無論齊納安全柵還是隔離安全柵,要考慮的還后工作環境,如使用溫度,濕度,還有安裝方式是否便于現場安裝等等。二,要根據需要防爆的區域,是0區,1區還是2區,來確定需要達到的防爆等,zui后可以確定是用ia的還是ib的安全柵。、P+F安全柵與次儀表的配套要求 1. 安全柵應安裝在非危險區; 2. 導流條和機殼緣,各導流條之間要用線芯截面積4mm²以上的銅導線或電纜線相互連接; 3. 使用前請認真核對安全柵的型號、極性和工作電壓;4. 禁止用兆歐表直接測量安全柵端子之間的緣。檢查系統線路時,必須斷開全部安全柵的接線;5. 安全柵的本安端和非本安端的接線不允許接錯;6. 本安防爆系統的基本組合條件為: Uo ≤ Uì Io ≤Iì Co ≥ Cp + Cì Lo ≥ Lp + Li 其中:Uo為zui高輸出電壓; Io為zui大輸出電流; Co為zui大負載電容; Lo為zui大負載電感; Ui為次儀表允許的zui高輸入電壓; Ii為次儀表允許的zui大輸入電流; Ci為次儀表的zui大內部等效電容; Li為次儀表的zui大內部等效電感; Cp為連接導線(或電纜)允許的zui大分布電容; Lp為連接導線(或電纜)允許的zui大分布電感.
