常開型正好相反。如小于φ6流量通徑的BURKERT電磁閥。 BURKERT電磁閥采用次開閥和二次開閥連在體,主閥和導閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開啟主閥口。當線圈通電時,產生電磁力使動鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合,導閥口開啟而導閥口設在主閥口上,且動鐵芯與主閥芯連在起,此時主閥上腔的壓力通過導閥口卸荷,在壓力差和電磁力的同時作用下使主閥芯向上運動,開啟主閥介質流通。當線圈斷電時電磁力消失,此時動鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關閉導閥孔,此時介質在平衡孔中進入主閥芯上腔,使上腔壓力升高,此時在彈簧復位和壓力的作用下關閉主閥,介質斷流。
原理: 它是種直動和導式相結合的原理,當入口與出口沒有壓差時,通電后,電磁力直接把導小閥和主閥關閉件依次向上提起,閥門打開。當入口與出口達到啟動壓差時,通電后,電磁力導小閥,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降,從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開;斷電時,導閥利用彈簧力或介質壓力推動關閉件,向下移動,使閥門關閉。 特點: 在零壓差或真空、高壓時亦能可*動作,但功率較大,要求必須水平安裝。
導式電磁閥
原理:通電時,電磁力把導孔打開,上腔室壓力迅速下降,在關閉件周圍形成上低下高的壓差,流體壓力推動關閉件向上移動,閥門打開;斷電時,彈簧力把導孔關閉,入口壓力通過旁通孔迅速腔室在關閥件周圍形成下低上高的壓差,流體壓力推動關閉件向下移動,關閉閥門。 特點: 流體壓力范圍上限較高,可任意安裝(需定制)但必須滿足流體壓差條件。 2.電磁閥從閥結構和材料上的不同與原理上的區別,分為六個分支小類: 直動膜片結構、分步重片結構、導膜式結構、直動活塞結構、分步直動活塞結構、導活塞結構。
