CKD電磁閥的工作原理 CKD電磁閥是用來控制流體的方向的自動化基礎元件, 屬于執行器;通常用于機械控 制和工業閥門上面,對介質方向進行控制,從而達到對閥門開關的控制.電磁閥 里有密閉的腔,在不同位置開有通孔,每個孔都通向不同的油管,腔中間是閥, 兩面是兩塊電磁鐵, 哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會被吸引到哪邊,通過控制閥體 的移動來檔住或漏出不同的排油的孔, 而進油孔是常開的,液壓油就會進入不同 的排油管,然后通過油的壓力來推動油缸的活塞,活塞又帶動活塞桿,活塞桿帶 動機械裝置動. 這樣通過控制電磁鐵的電流就控制了機械運動.
唯有CKD電磁閥是用 電磁力作用于密封在電動調節閥隔磁套管內的鐵芯完成, 不存在動密封,所以外 漏易堵.電動閥力矩控制不易,容易產生內漏,甚拉斷閥桿頭部;電磁閥的 結構型式容易控制內泄漏,直降為零.所以,電磁閥使用特別安全,尤其適用 于腐蝕性,有毒或高低溫的介質.
CKD電磁閥本身結構簡單,價格也低,比起調節閥 等其它種類執行器易于安裝維護. 更顯著的是所組成的自控系統簡單得多,價格 要低得多.由于電磁閥是開關信號控制,與工控計算機連接十分方便.在當今電 腦普及,價格大幅下降的時代,電磁閥的優勢就更加明顯.
CKD電磁閥的形式種類 1,直動式電磁閥: 原理: 通電時, 電磁線圈產生電磁力把關閉件從閥座上提起, 閥門打開; 斷電時, 電磁力消失,彈簧把關閉件壓在閥座上,閥門關閉. 特點:在真空,負壓,零壓時能正常工作,但通徑般不超過25mm. 2,分布直動式電磁閥: 原理: 它是種直動和導式相結合的原理, 當入口與出口沒有壓差時, 通電后, 電磁力直接把導小閥和主閥關閉件依次向上提起, 閥門打開.當入口與出口達 到啟動壓差時,通電后,電磁力導小閥,主閥下腔壓力上升,上腔壓力下降, 從而利用壓差把主閥向上推開; 斷電時,導閥利用彈簧力或介質壓力推動關閉 件,向下移動,使閥門關閉. 特點: 在零壓差或真空,高壓時亦能可*動作, 但功率較大,要求必須水平安裝. 3,導式電磁閥: 原理:通電時,電磁力把導孔打開,上腔室壓力迅速下降,在關閉件周圍形成 上低下高的壓差,流體壓力推動關閉件向上移動,閥門打開;斷電時,彈簧力把 導孔關閉,入口壓力通過旁通孔迅速腔室在關閥件周圍形成下低上高的壓差, 流體壓力推動關閉件向下移動,關閉閥門. 特點: 流體壓力范圍上限較高, 可任意安裝 (需定制) 但必須滿足流體壓差條件. 電磁閥從閥結構和材料上的不同與原理上的區別, 分為六個分支小類:直動膜片 結構,分步重片結構,導膜式結構,直動活塞結構,分步直動活塞結構,導 活塞結構.
CKD電磁閥的主要特點
:適用性 管路中的流體必須和選用的CKD電磁閥系列型號中標定的介質致. 流體的溫度必須小于選用電磁閥的標定溫度. 電磁閥允許液體粘度般在系 列等直動式和分步直動式;zui低工作壓差大于0.04MPa 時可選用導式(壓差 式)電磁閥;zui高工作壓差應小于電磁閥的zui大標定壓力;般電磁閥都是單向 工作,因此要注意是否有反壓差,如有安裝止回閥. 流體清潔度不高時應在電磁閥前安裝過濾器, 般電磁閥對介質要求清潔度要好. 注意流量孔徑和接管口徑; 電磁閥般只有開關兩位控制;條件允許請安裝 旁路管,便于維修;有水錘現象時要定制電磁閥的開閉時間調節. 注意環境溫度對電磁閥的影響 電源電流和消耗功率應根據輸出容量選取,電源電壓般允許±10%左右, 必須注意交流起動時 VA 值較高.
二,可靠性 CKD電磁閥分為常閉和常開二種;般選用常閉型,通電打開,斷電關閉;但在 開啟時間很長關閉時很短時要選用常開型了. 壽命試驗, 工廠般屬于型式試驗項目,確切地說我國還沒有電磁閥的 標準,因此選用電磁閥時慎重. 動作時間很短頻率較高時般選取直動式,大口徑選用快速系列.
三,安全性 般CKD電磁閥不防水,在條件不允許時請選用防水型,工廠可以定做. 電磁閥的zui高標定公稱壓力定要超過管路內的zui高壓力, 否則使用壽命會 縮短或產生其它意外情況. 有腐蝕性液體的應選用全不銹鋼型,強腐蝕性流體宜選用塑料王(SLF) 電 磁閥. 爆炸性環境必須選用相應的防爆產品.
四,經濟性 有很多CKD電磁閥可以通用,但在能滿足以上三點的基礎上應選用的產 品.
CKD電磁閥的基本選型
,根據管道參數選擇CKD電磁閥的:通徑規格(即 DN),接口方式 1,按照現場管道內徑尺寸或流量要求來確定通徑(DN)尺寸. 2,接口方式,般>DN50要選擇法蘭接口, DN50則可根據用戶需要自由 選擇.
二,根據流體參數選擇CKD電磁閥的:材質,溫度組 1,腐蝕性流體:宜選用耐腐蝕電磁閥和全不銹鋼;食用超凈流體:宜選用 食品不銹鋼材質電磁閥. 2,高溫流體:要選擇采用耐高溫的電工材料和密封材料制造的電磁閥,而 且要選擇活塞式結構類型的3,流體狀態:大有氣態,液態或混合狀態,特別是口徑大于 DN25訂貨 時定要區分開來. 4,流體粘度:通常在50cSt 以下可任意選擇,若超過此值,則要選用高粘 度電磁閥.
