BURKERT電(dian)磁閥(fa),如(ru)今在工(gong)業應用十分常(chang)見,特別是在石(shi)油、化工(gong)行業,很多工(gong)藝(yi)管道都要安(an)裝開關閥(fa),又因為工(gong)作現場非常(chang)危險,相比(bi)其它行業對安(an)全要求更為苛刻,大型(xing)(xing)的(de)化工(gong)企(qi)業有專門的(de)儀表工(gong),小型(xing)(xing)的(de)基本上都是電(dian)工(gong)來負責(ze)日常(chang)管理與維護。
這里說(shuo)的(de)(de)就是在這行業(ye)常用(yong)的(de)(de)氣(qi)動(dong)電磁閥(fa),有(you)(you)的(de)(de)貼氣(qi)缸(gang)安裝,有(you)(you)的(de)(de)在氣(qi)缸(gang)旁邊采用(yong)支架安裝。氣(qi)動(dong)電磁閥(fa)能夠在這些高危行業(ye)應用(yong)廣泛,具(ju)有(you)(you)防火、防爆、安全性好、無污染等*性,是其它傳動(dong)部件(jian)(jian)不具(ju)備的(de)(de)。基本組成分電磁部件(jian)(jian)和閥(fa)體(ti)電磁部件(jian)(jian);定鐵芯、動(dong)鐵芯,線(xian)圈。閥(fa)體(ti);滑閥(fa)芯、滑閥(fa)套、彈簧底(di)座。

BURKERT電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)接線頭松動及(ji)脫落(luo)(luo),線圈燒壞(huai)(huai),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)卡(ka)住(zhu)(zhu)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)接線松動及(ji)脫落(luo)(luo),這個從(cong)新緊固,對于線圈燒壞(huai)(huai),看線圈頭子(zi)發光二極管的亮滅或用金屬(shu)物體插入線圈孔是否吸合,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)線圈損壞(huai)(huai)更換。對于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)卡(ka)住(zhu)(zhu)問(wen)題,將滑(hua)閥(fa)芯、滑(hua)閥(fa)套、彈簧底座拆掉,進行清理,清理完成(cheng)再(zai)涂(tu)抹潤滑(hua)脂。原因是排氣(qi)口沒(mei)有裝(zhuang)消音器(qi),空氣(qi)中的雜質進入閥(fa)門,或者(zhe)壓縮空氣(qi)不夠干凈,含有雜質,水、油(you)及(ji)其它污垢(gou)。
解(jie)決(jue)時,BURKERT電(dian)(dian)磁閥排氣(qi)口沒有裝(zhuang)消(xiao)音(yin)器給予安裝(zhuang),電(dian)(dian)磁閥進氣(qi)前段(duan)應裝(zhuang)空(kong)氣(qi)過(guo)濾減壓(ya)閥。空(kong)氣(qi)過(guo)濾減壓(ya)閥的(de)好處,可以濾除(chu)雜質,吸收壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)含有水、油等,從(cong)而凈化壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi),避免對電(dian)(dian)磁閥閥體(ti)及氣(qi)缸(gang)帶(dai)來不可必要的(de)損壞。
空(kong)氣(qi)過濾(lv)減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa),除(chu)了上述之外還可(ke)以進(jin)行(xing)調壓(ya)。一般工廠所用的壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)為(wei)10公斤,即為(wei)1MPa。如(ru)果沒有(you)安裝空(kong)氣(qi)過濾(lv)減(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)進(jin)行(xing)調壓(ya),對氣(qi)缸的損害程度(du)(du)大,而(er)且不(bu)利于開(kai)關速(su)度(du)(du)的控(kong)制(zhi)。通常情況,閥(fa)門(men)的工作(zuo)氣(qi)源(yuan)壓(ya)力在0.4MPa左右即可(ke)滿足閥(fa)門(men)的開(kai)關需求,因此(ci)從空(kong)壓(ya)站過來的壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣(qi)必須進(jin)行(xing)降(jiang)壓(ya)處理,調到適合閥(fa)門(men)動作(zuo)的氣(qi)壓(ya),從而(er)更好的保護閥(fa)門(men)和開(kai)關速(su)度(du)(du)的控(kong)制(zhi)。
