工作原理: XFDS系列電動刷式過濾器是種全自動自清洗過濾器,在過濾器濾網內安裝套刷子,刷子由電機帶動旋轉,在過濾器端蓋上安裝個電磁排污閥。清洗時,來自壓差開關的信號傳給控制盤,控制盤打開排污閥同時啟動電機,帶動刷子旋轉刷掉污物雜質,在水力的作用下,通過排污閥排出過濾器。清洗無需斷流。 過濾和清洗: 水流從過濾器進口流入,經過濾網后從出口流出,當水流中的雜質顆粒不斷地在濾網的內表面堆積,使得過濾器的上下游壓差增大,當過濾器上下游(進出口)壓差達到預定值時(0.05MPa),壓差開關便傳遞信號給控制盤,控制盤啟動電機帶動刷子旋轉刷掉濾網上的污物雜質。同時打開排污閥,污物從排污閥排走。 控制系統: 采用PLC自動控制。可根據壓差或定時控制反沖洗,并可手動清洗和選擇設計為連續清洗,發生故障時有警示信號或相應之動作。
