按動(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)方式(shi)(shi)(shi)分(fen)類,可(ke)分(fen)為(wei)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。直(zhi)接依靠電磁力(li)(li)(li)、氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)、人力(li)(li)(li)和(he)機械(xie)力(li)(li)(li)使(shi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)芯換(huan)(huan)向的(de)(de)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),稱為(wei)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)式(shi)(shi)(shi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)通(tong)徑較小(xiao)。先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)由(you)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)和(he)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)組成,依靠先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)輸出的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li),通(tong)過控(kong)制活塞等(deng)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)芯換(huan)(huan)向的(de)(de)那(nei)部分(fen)稱為(wei)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。通(tong)徑大的(de)(de)換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)大都為(wei)先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)。先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)又(you)分(fen)成內部先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)和(he)外(wai)(wai)部先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)控(kong)制的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)源是(shi)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)提供的(de)(de)為(wei)內部先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi);先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)控(kong)制的(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)源是(shi)外(wai)(wai)部供給的(de)(de)為(wei)外(wai)(wai)部先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)。外(wai)(wai)部先(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)導(dao)(dao)式(shi)(shi)(shi)換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)切換(huan)(huan)不受換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)使(shi)用壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)大小(xiao)的(de)(de)影響,故換(huan)(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)可(ke)在(zai)低壓(ya)(ya)或真空(kong)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)(li)條件(jian)下(xia)工作(zuo)。
它是一(yi)種(zhong)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)和先(xian)導式相結合的原理,當入(ru)(ru)口與出口沒有(you)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時,通電后(hou),電磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接把(ba)先(xian)導小(xiao)閥(fa)(fa)和主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)關閉件依次向(xiang)上(shang)提起,閥(fa)(fa)門(men)打開。當入(ru)(ru)口與出口達到啟動(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時,通電后(hou),電磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)導小(xiao)閥(fa)(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)下(xia)腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)上(shang)升(sheng),上(shang)腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)下(xia)降,從而利用壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)把(ba)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)向(xiang)上(shang)推開;斷(duan)電時,先(xian)導閥(fa)(fa)利用彈簧(huang)力(li)或介質壓(ya)(ya)力(li)推動(dong)(dong)關閉件,向(xiang)下(xia)移動(dong)(dong),使閥(fa)(fa)門(men)關閉。
特點:在零(ling)壓差或真空(kong)、高壓時亦能可*動作,但功(gong)率較大,要求必須(xu)水平安裝。
閥(fa)的切換通(tong)口包括供(gong)氣(qi)口、輸(shu)出口和排氣(qi)口。按切換通(tong)口數目(mu)分,有二(er)通(tong)閥(fa)、三(san)通(tong)閥(fa)、四通(tong)閥(fa)、五(wu)通(tong)閥(fa)以(yi)(yi)及五(wu)通(tong)以(yi)(yi)上的閥(fa)。
閥(fa)(fa)芯的工作位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)簡(jian)稱“位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)"。閥(fa)(fa)芯有幾個(ge)(ge)工作位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)的閥(fa)(fa)就是幾位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)閥(fa)(fa)。有兩(liang)個(ge)(ge)通(tong)口的二(er)(er)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)閥(fa)(fa)稱為二(er)(er)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)二(er)(er)通(tong)閥(fa)(fa),可以實現氣路(lu)的通(tong)或斷。有三(san)個(ge)(ge)通(tong)口的二(er)(er)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)閥(fa)(fa)稱為二(er)(er)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)三(san)通(tong)閥(fa)(fa)。三(san)位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)閥(fa)(fa)有三(san)個(ge)(ge)工作位(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)置(zhi)。
