實際上,液壓泵在能量轉換(huan)過程中是有損(sun)(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi)的,輸出(chu)功(gong)率總是小于輸入功(gong)率,兩者之(zhi)問(wen) 的差值即為(wei)功(gong)率損(sun)(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi),功(gong)率損(sun)(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi)可分(fen)為(wei)容積損(sun)(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi)和機械損(sun)(sun)(sun)失(shi)(shi)兩部分(fen)。
(1)容(rong)積(ji)(ji)效率 容(rong)積(ji)(ji)式液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)吸油(you)腔(qiang)和排油(you)腔(qiang)在(zai)泵(beng)(beng)內(nei)(nei)雖(sui)然被隔(ge)開,但相對運(yun)動件間(jian)總是(shi)存在(zai)著一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)間(jian)隙(xi),因(yin)此泵(beng)(beng)內(nei)(nei)高(gao)壓(ya)區(qu)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)油(you)液(ye)通過間(jian)隙(xi)必然泄(xie)(xie)漏到低壓(ya)區(qu),液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)黏度愈(yu)低、壓(ya)力愈(yu)高(gao)時,泄(xie)(xie)漏就愈(yu)大(da)。此外,液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)(beng)在(zai)吸油(you)過程(cheng)中,由于吸油(you)陽力大(da)、油(you)液(ye)太黏或泵(beng)(beng)轉諫太高(gao)等原醫都(dou)會造(zao)成(cheng)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)吸空(kong)現象,使密(mi)封(feng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作容(rong)積(ji)(ji)不能充滿油(you)液(ye),也就是(shi)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)工作腔(qiang)沒(mei)有被充分(fen)利用。存在(zai)這(zhe)些因(yin)素(su),使液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)(beng)有容(rong)積(ji)(ji)損失(shi),其中內(nei)(nei)泄(xie)(xie)漏是(shi)造(zao)成(cheng)容(rong)積(ji)(ji)損失(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要原因(yin),衝量(liang)容(rong)積(ji)(ji)損失(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指標是(shi)容(rong)積(ji)(ji)效率,容(rong)積(ji)(ji)效率是(shi)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)實際(ji)輸出流量(liang)與(yu)理論流量(liang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)比(bi)值,用nv表(biao)示。
