原(yuan)(yuan)理:它的原(yuan)(yuan)理是種直動(dong)(dong)(dong)和導(dao)相(xiang)結(jie)合,通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁閥(fa)將輔閥(fa)打(da)開,主(zhu)閥(fa)下腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)大于上腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)而利(li)用(yong)(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差及電(dian)磁閥(fa)的同時作用(yong)(yong)把閥(fa)門開啟;斷電(dian)時,輔閥(fa)利(li)用(yong)(yong)彈簧力(li)或介(jie)質壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)關閉件,向下移動(dong)(dong)(dong)便(bian)閥(fa)門關閉。
特點:在零壓差或(huo)高壓時也能可(ke)靠工作,但功率及體積較大,要求豎直安裝。
原理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力驅動(dong)導(dao)閥(fa)打(da)開(kai)導(dao)閥(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)上腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)力迅速下(xia)降,在主(zhu)閥(fa)上下(xia)腔(qiang)內形成壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha),依靠介質壓(ya)(ya)力推動(dong)主(zhu)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)上移,閥(fa)門開(kai)啟(qi);斷(duan)電(dian)時,彈簧力把導(dao)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi),入口介質壓(ya)(ya)力通(tong)過導(dao)孔(kong)迅速進入主(zhu)閥(fa)上腔(qiang)在上腔(qiang)內形成壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha),從而使(shi)主(zhu)閥(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)。
特(te)點:體積小,功率低,但介(jie)質壓(ya)差范圍(wei)受限,必須滿足壓(ya)差條(tiao)件。

原理:通電時,電磁(ci)(ci)線(xian)圈產生電磁(ci)(ci)力把關閉(bi)件從閥(fa)座上(shang)提(ti)起(qi),閥(fa)門打開;斷電時,電磁(ci)(ci)力消失,彈(dan)簧把關閉(bi)件壓在閥(fa)座上(shang),閥(fa)門關閉(bi)。
特點:在真空、負壓、零壓時能正(zheng)常工作,但通徑般不超過(guo)25mm。
分布直動式電磁(ci)閥:
原理:它是(shi)種直(zhi)動和(he)(he)導式相結合(he)的原理,當入口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)沒有壓差(cha)(cha)時,通電(dian)后,電(dian)磁力(li)(li)直(zhi)接把(ba)導小閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)和(he)(he)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)依(yi)次向上(shang)(shang)提起(qi),閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)打(da)開。當入口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)達到啟(qi)動壓差(cha)(cha)時,通電(dian)后,電(dian)磁力(li)(li)導小閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)下(xia)(xia)腔壓力(li)(li)上(shang)(shang)升,上(shang)(shang)腔壓力(li)(li)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang),從而(er)利用壓差(cha)(cha)把(ba)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)向上(shang)(shang)推開;斷電(dian)時,導閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)利用彈簧力(li)(li)或介質(zhi)壓力(li)(li)推動關(guan)閉(bi)件(jian),向下(xia)(xia)移動,使閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)關(guan)閉(bi)。

原(yuan)理:通電時,電磁力(li)把導孔(kong)(kong)(kong)打開(kai),上腔室(shi)壓力(li)迅(xun)(xun)速下(xia)降,在關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)周圍形成(cheng)上低下(xia)高(gao)的(de)壓差,流體壓力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)上移動(dong)(dong),閥(fa)(fa)門打開(kai);斷(duan)電時,彈簧力(li)把導孔(kong)(kong)(kong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)閉(bi),入口(kou)壓力(li)通過(guo)旁通孔(kong)(kong)(kong)迅(xun)(xun)速腔室(shi)在關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)閥(fa)(fa)件(jian)周圍形成(cheng)下(xia)低上高(gao)的(de)壓差,流體壓力(li)推(tui)動(dong)(dong)關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)下(xia)移動(dong)(dong),關(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)閉(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門。
電磁閥在(zai)我(wo)(wo)們的(de)中應用十分廣泛,我(wo)(wo)們在(zai)對的(de)維護中定(ding)遇見過不少有關(guan)電磁閥的(de)問題,也(ye)處理過各種各樣的(de)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),大(da)家(jia)(jia)也(ye)定(ding)積累了不少有關(guan)電磁閥故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)處理的(de)經驗,而我(wo)(wo)在(zai)維護中處理電磁閥故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)相(xiang)對別的(de)儀(yi)控(kong)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)相(xiang)對較少,現在(zai)我(wo)(wo)就(jiu)這(zhe)個問題起和大(da)家(jia)(jia)討(tao)論,渴望從大(da)家(jia)(jia)那里學習更多的(de)經驗,共(gong)同提高。
我們對(dui)(dui)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)有(you)個(ge)(ge)初(chu)步的(de)認識,電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)是(shi)由(you)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)和(he)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)芯組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng),是(shi)包(bao)含個(ge)(ge)或(huo)幾個(ge)(ge)孔(kong)的(de)閥(fa)體(ti)(ti)(ti)。當線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)通(tong)電(dian)或(huo)斷(duan)電(dian)時,磁(ci)(ci)(ci)芯的(de)運轉將導致流體(ti)(ti)(ti)通(tong)過閥(fa)體(ti)(ti)(ti)或(huo)被切斷(duan),以達到(dao)改變流體(ti)(ti)(ti)方向的(de)目的(de)。電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)部件(jian)由(you)固定鐵(tie)芯、動鐵(tie)芯、線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)等(deng)部件(jian)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng);閥(fa)體(ti)(ti)(ti)部分由(you)滑閥(fa)芯、滑閥(fa)套、彈簧底(di)座等(deng)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)被直接(jie)安裝在閥(fa)體(ti)(ti)(ti)上(shang),閥(fa)體(ti)(ti)(ti)被封(feng)閉在密封(feng)管(guan)中,構成(cheng)(cheng)個(ge)(ge)簡潔(jie)、緊湊的(de)組(zu)(zu)合。我們在中常用的(de)電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)有(you)二位(wei)三通(tong)、二位(wei)四(si)通(tong)、二位(wei)五通(tong)等(deng)。這(zhe)里說說二位(wei)的(de)含義:對(dui)(dui)于電(dian)磁(ci)(ci)(ci)閥(fa)來(lai)說就是(shi)帶電(dian)和(he)失電(dian),對(dui)(dui)于所控(kong)制的(de)閥(fa)門來(lai)說就是(shi)開(kai)和(he)關。
我(wo)們制氧機儀(yi)控(kong)系統(tong)中,二位三通電磁閥用的zui多,它在中可用來接通或切斷(duan)氣 源,從而對氣動(dong)控(kong)制膜頭(tou)氣路進行切換。
它由閥體、閥罩、電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁組件、彈(dan)簧(huang)及密封(feng)結構等部件組成,動鐵芯(xin)底(di)部的(de)密封(feng)塊(kuai)借助(zhu)彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)壓力將(jiang)閥體進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)關(guan)閉(bi)。通電(dian)(dian)(dian)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁鐵吸(xi)合,動鐵芯(xin)上部帶彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)密封(feng)塊(kuai)把(ba)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)關(guan)閉(bi),氣(qi)(qi)流從進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)進(jin)入膜(mo)(mo)頭,起到(dao)控制作用。當失(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁力消失(shi),動鐵芯(xin)在(zai)(zai)彈(dan)簧(huang)力作用下(xia)離開(kai)固定鐵芯(xin),向下(xia)移動,將(jiang)排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)打開(kai),堵住進(jin)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou),膜(mo)(mo)頭氣(qi)(qi)流經排(pai)氣(qi)(qi)口(kou)排(pai)出,膜(mo)(mo)片恢復原來位置(zhi)。在(zai)(zai)我們的(de)制氧設(she)備中,在(zai)(zai)透平膨脹(zhang)機進(jin)口(kou)薄膜(mo)(mo)調節(jie)閥的(de)緊急切斷等處有應用。
四通電磁閥在我(wo)們的中應用也很多,其工(gong)作原理(li)如下:
當有(you)電流(liu)(liu)通(tong)過線圈時(shi),產生(sheng)勵(li)磁(ci)作(zuo)用(yong),固定鐵(tie)芯(xin)吸合(he)動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin),動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin)帶(dai)動(dong)滑(hua)(hua)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)并(bing)壓縮(suo)彈簧(huang),改(gai)變了(le)滑(hua)(hua)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin)的位置,從而(er)改(gai)變了(le)流(liu)(liu)體(ti)的方向。當線圈失電時(shi),依靠彈簧(huang)的彈力推動(dong)滑(hua)(hua)閥(fa)(fa)芯(xin),頂(ding)回動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin),使流(liu)(liu)體(ti)按(an)原(yuan)來的方向流(liu)(liu)動(dong)。在我們制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)氧中,分子(zi)篩切換系統強(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)的開關(guan)就是通(tong)過二(er)位四(si)通(tong)電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)來控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)的,氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)分別供強(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)的活塞兩端。從而(er)來控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)強(qiang)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)閥(fa)(fa)的啟(qi)閉(bi)。
電磁閥的故(gu)障(zhang)將直接影響到(dao)切換閥和調節閥的動(dong)作,常見的故(gu)障(zhang)有電磁閥不動(dong)作,應從以下幾方面(mian)排查:
(1)電(dian)磁(ci)閥接線頭(tou)松動或線頭(tou)脫落,電(dian)磁(ci)閥不得電(dian),可緊固線頭(tou)。
(2)電(dian)磁(ci)閥線圈燒壞(huai),可(ke)拆下(xia)電(dian)磁(ci)閥的接線,用萬用表測量,如果開路(lu),則電(dian)磁(ci)閥線圈燒壞(huai)。原因(yin)有(you)線圈受潮,引起緣不好而漏磁(ci),造成線圈內電(dian)流過大而燒毀,因(yin)此要防止雨(yu)水進入電(dian)磁(ci)閥。此外,彈簧(huang)過硬,反作用力過大,線圈匝數(shu)太少,吸力不夠(gou)也(ye)可(ke)使(shi)得線圈燒毀。緊急處理時,可(ke)將線圈上(shang)的手動按鈕由(you)正常(chang)工作時的“0"位(wei)打(da)(da)到“1"位(wei),使(shi)得閥打(da)(da)開。
(3)電磁閥卡住。電磁閥的滑閥套與閥芯的配(pei)合(he)間隙很(hen)小(小于0.008mm),般都是單(dan)件裝配(pei),當(dang)有機(ji)械雜(za)質(zhi)帶(dai)入或潤滑油(you)太少時(shi),很(hen)容易(yi)卡住。處理方法可(ke)用鋼絲從頭部(bu)小孔捅入,使(shi)其彈回。根本的解決方法是要(yao)將電磁閥拆下,取出閥芯及(ji)閥芯套,用CCI4清洗,使(shi)得閥芯在閥套內動作靈活。拆卸(xie)時(shi)應注(zhu)意各部(bu)件的裝配(pei)順序及(ji)外部(bu)接線位置,以便重(zhong)新裝配(pei)及(ji)接線正(zheng)確(que),還要(yao)檢查油(you)霧器噴油(you)孔是否堵塞,潤滑油(you)是否足(zu)夠(gou)。漏氣。漏氣會造成空氣壓力不足(zu),使(shi)得強(qiang)制閥的啟閉困難,原因是密封墊(dian)片損(sun)壞(huai)或滑閥磨損(sun)而(er)造成幾個(ge)空腔竄氣。
在處(chu)(chu)理(li)切換(huan)系(xi)統(tong)的電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)故障(zhang)時,應選擇適當的時機(ji), 等該(gai)電(dian)磁(ci)閥(fa)處(chu)(chu)于失(shi)電(dian)時進行(xing)處(chu)(chu)理(li),若在個切換(huan)間隙內(nei)處(chu)(chu)理(li)不完,可將切換(huan)系(xi)統(tong)暫停,從容(rong)處(chu)(chu)理(li)。
