光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳感(gan)器(qi)一(yi)般由處(chu)理(li)通路和處(chu)理(li)元(yuan)件(jian)2 部分組(zu)成。其(qi)基本原理(li)是(shi)以光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)為(wei)基礎,把(ba)被(bei)測量(liang)的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)轉換成光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua),然后(hou)借助光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)元(yuan)件(jian)進一(yi)步將非電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)轉換成電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)。光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)是(shi)指用(yong)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)照射某一(yi)物體(ti),可(ke)以看(kan)作(zuo)是(shi)一(yi)連串帶有一(yi)定(ding)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)為(wei)的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)轟擊在這個物體(ti)上,此時光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)就傳遞給電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi),并且是(shi)一(yi)個光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)全(quan)部能(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)一(yi)次性地被(bei)一(yi)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)所吸收,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)得到光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)子(zi)(zi)傳遞的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)(neng)量(liang)后(hou)其(qi)狀態就會(hui)發生(sheng)變(bian)化(hua),從(cong)而使(shi)(shi)(shi)受光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)照射的(de)(de)物體(ti)產生(sheng)相應(ying)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)。通常把(ba)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying)分為(wei)3 類:(1 )在光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)線作(zuo)用(yong)下能(neng)(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)逸(yi)出物體(ti)表面的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)象稱為(wei)外光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)管(guan)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)倍增管(guan)等;(2 )在光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)線作(zuo)用(yong)下能(neng)(neng)(neng)使(shi)(shi)(shi)物體(ti)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)率(lv)改變(bian)的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)象稱為(wei)內光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)效應(ying),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)敏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)敏晶體(ti)管(guan)等;(3 )在光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)線作(zuo)用(yong)下,物體(ti)產生(sheng)一(yi)定(ding)方向電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢的(de)(de)現(xian)(xian)象稱為(wei)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)生(sheng)伏應(ying),如光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)等。
