電感式傳感器具有以下特點: (1)結構簡單,傳感器無活動電觸點,因此工作可靠壽命長。 (2)靈敏度和分辨力高,能測出0.01微米的位移變化。傳感器的輸出信號強,電壓靈敏度般每毫米的位移可達數百毫伏的輸出。 (3)線性度和重復性都比較好,在定位移范圍(幾十微米數毫米)內,傳感器非線性誤差可達0.05%~0.1%。同時,這種傳感器能實現信息的遠距離傳輸、記錄、顯示和控制,它在工業自動控制系統中廣泛被采用。但不足的是,它有頻率響應較低,不宜快速動態測控等缺點。 電感式傳感器種類很多,常見的有自感式,互感式和渦流式三種。
