位移是和物體的位置在運動過程中的移動有關的量,位移的測量方式所涉及的范圍是相當廣泛的。小位移通常用應變式、電感式、差動變壓器式、渦流式、霍爾傳感器來檢測,大的位移常用感應同步器、光柵、容柵、磁柵等傳感技術來測量。其中光柵傳感器因具有易實現數字化、精度高(目前分辨率zui高的可達到納米)、抗干擾能力強、沒有人為讀數誤差、安裝方便、使用可靠等優點,在機床加工、檢測儀表等中得到日益廣泛的應用。

年前法國絲(si)綢工(gong)人(ren)發(fa)現,當兩(liang)層(ceng)薄絲(si)綢疊在(zai)(zai)起時,將產(chan)生(sheng)水波紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)狀花樣(yang);如果(guo)薄綢子(zi)相對(dui)運(yun)動,則花樣(yang)也跟(gen)著(zhu)移(yi)(yi)動,這種(zhong)奇怪的(de)(de)花紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)就是(shi)莫爾(er)條紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。般來說,只要(yao)是(shi)有(you)定(ding)周(zhou)期的(de)(de)曲(qu)線(xian)(xian)(xian)簇重疊起來,便會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)莫爾(er)條紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)。計量(liang)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)在(zai)(zai)實際應用上(shang)有(you)透(tou)射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)和反射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)兩(liang)種(zhong);按其(qi)作(zuo)用原理又可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)輻射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)和相位(wei)(wei)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha);按其(qi)用途可分(fen)(fen)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)直線(xian)(xian)(xian)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)和圓光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)。下面(mian)以(yi)透(tou)射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)例(li)加(jia)(jia)以(yi)討論。 透(tou)射(she)(she)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)尺上(shang)均(jun)勻(yun)地刻(ke)有(you)平行的(de)(de)刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)即柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)線(xian)(xian)(xian),a為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)寬,b為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)兩(liang)刻(ke)線(xian)(xian)(xian)之間縫寬,W=a+b稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)距。目前國內常用的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)每(mei)毫米刻(ke)成(cheng)10、25、50、100、250條等(deng)線(xian)(xian)(xian)條。光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)橫(heng)向莫爾(er)條紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)測(ce)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi),需(xu)要(yao)兩(liang)塊(kuai)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)。塊(kuai)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)主光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha),它(ta)的(de)(de)大小與(yu)測(ce)量(liang)范圍相*;另塊(kuai)是(shi)很小的(de)(de)塊(kuai),稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)指示(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)。為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)了(le)測(ce)量(liang)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi),必須在(zai)(zai)主光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)側加(jia)(jia)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)源,在(zai)(zai)指示(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)側加(jia)(jia)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電接收元(yuan)件。當主光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)和指示(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)相對(dui)移(yi)(yi)動時,由(you)(you)于光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)遮光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)作(zuo)用而使莫爾(er)條紋(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)移(yi)(yi)動,固定(ding)在(zai)(zai)指示(shi)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)側的(de)(de)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電元(yuan)件,將光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)強(qiang)變(bian)(bian)化轉換成(cheng)電信(xin)號(hao)(hao)。由(you)(you)于光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)源的(de)(de)大小有(you)限及光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)的(de)(de)衍(yan)射(she)(she)作(zuo)用,使得信(xin)號(hao)(hao)為(wei)(wei)(wei)(wei)脈動信(xin)號(hao)(hao)。如圖 1,此信(xin)號(hao)(hao)是(shi)直流信(xin)號(hao)(hao)和近視正弦的(de)(de)周(zhou)期信(xin)號(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)疊加(jia)(jia),周(zhou)期信(xin)號(hao)(hao)是(shi)位(wei)(wei)移(yi)(yi)x的(de)(de)函數。每(mei)當x變(bian)(bian)化個光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)柵(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)(zha)距W,信(xin)號(hao)(hao)就變(bian)(bian)化個周(zhou)期,信(xin)號(hao)(hao)由(you)(you)b點變(bian)(bian)化到(dao)b’點。由(you)(you)于bb’=W,故b’點的(de)(de)狀態與(yu)b點狀態*樣(yang),只是(shi)在(zai)(zai)相位(wei)(wei)上(shang)增加(jia)(jia)了(le)2π。
