內(nei)部(bu)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥當(dang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)較高(gao)或(huo)(huo)通(tong)徑較大時(shi),用調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)彈簧(huang)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya),則彈簧(huang)剛度(du)必然過大,流(liu)量變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),輸出(chu)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)波動較大,閥的(de)(de)(de)結構尺寸也將增(zeng)大。為(wei)了(le)克服這些缺點,可采(cai)用先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥。先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥的(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)原理與(yu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)(de)基本相(xiang)同。先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥所用的(de)(de)(de)調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)氣(qi)體,是由(you)小(xiao)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥供給的(de)(de)(de)。若把小(xiao)型(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥裝在閥體內(nei)部(bu),則稱為(wei)內(nei)部(bu)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥;若將小(xiao)型(xing)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥裝在主閥體外(wai)部(bu),則稱為(wei)外(wai)部(bu)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥。與(yu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)動式(shi)(shi)減(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)閥相(xiang)比,增(zeng)加(jia)了(le)由(you)噴嘴(zui)4、擋板(ban)(ban)3、固定節(jie)流(liu)孔9及(ji)氣(qi)室B所組成的(de)(de)(de)噴嘴(zui)擋板(ban)(ban)放大環節(jie)。當(dang)噴嘴(zui)與(yu)擋板(ban)(ban)之間的(de)(de)(de)距離發生(sheng)微小(xiao)變(bian)化(hua)時(shi),就(jiu)會使(shi)B室中的(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)發生(sheng)根明顯的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua),從而引(yin)起(qi)膜片10有較大的(de)(de)(de)位移,去控制(zhi)閥芯6的(de)(de)(de)上下移動,使(shi)進(jin)氣(qi)閥口8開大或(huo)(huo)關小(xiao)、提高(gao)了(le)對閥芯控制(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)靈敏(min)度(du),即提高(gao)了(le)穩壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)精度(du)。
減壓(ya)閥的(de)基本作用(yong)原理是靠閥內流道(dao)對(dui)水流的(de)局部阻(zu)力降(jiang)低水壓(ya),水壓(ya)降(jiang)的(de)范圍由(you)連接閥瓣的(de)薄膜(mo)或活塞兩(liang)側的(de)進出口水壓(ya)差自動(dong)調節。
定(ding)比(bi)(bi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)原理(li)是利(li)用閥體中浮動(dong)(dong)活(huo)塞的水(shui)(shui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)比(bi)(bi)控制,進(jin)出(chu)口端減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)比(bi)(bi)與進(jin)出(chu)口側(ce)活(huo)塞面(mian)積比(bi)(bi)成(cheng)反比(bi)(bi),這種(zhong)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥工作平穩無振(zhen)動(dong)(dong),使(shi)得國內(nei)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥生產技術進(jin)一步(bu)提高(gao);閥體內(nei)無彈(dan)(dan)簧,故(gu)無彈(dan)(dan)簧銹蝕、金屬疲勞失效之(zhi)慮(lv);密封性能良好(hao)不(bu)滲漏,因而既減(jian)(jian)動(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(水(shui)(shui)流(liu)動(dong)(dong)時)又減(jian)(jian)靜壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(流(liu)量(liang)(liang)為0時);特別是在減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的同時不(bu)影(ying)響水(shui)(shui)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)。減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)閥通常有DN15~DN100等多種(zhong)規(gui)格,閥前、后的工作壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力分(fen)別為<1MPa和0.1~0.5MPa,調壓(ya)(ya)(ya)范圍誤差為±5%~10%。
