寶德BURKERT膜片隔離電磁閥安裝及使用
應用特點:
有常(chang)閉(bi)型(xing)和常(chang)開(kai)型(xing)二種。常(chang)閉(bi)型(xing)斷電時呈(cheng)關閉(bi)狀態,當線圈(quan)通電時產生電磁(ci)力(li)(li),使動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin)克服(fu)彈簧力(li)(li)同靜鐵(tie)芯(xin)吸(xi)合直接(jie)開(kai)啟閥(fa),介(jie)質呈(cheng)通路;當線圈(quan)斷電時電磁(ci)力(li)(li)消失(shi),動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin)在(zai)彈簧力(li)(li)的作用(yong)下(xia)復位(wei),直接(jie)關閉(bi)閥(fa)口(kou),介(jie)質不通。結構簡單(dan),動(dong)作可靠,在(zai)零(ling)壓差和微真(zhen)空下(xia)正常(chang)工(gong)作。常(chang)開(kai)型(xing)正好相反。如(ru)小于φ6流量(liang)通徑的BURKERT電磁(ci)閥(fa)。

BURKERT電磁閥(fa)采用(yong)一次開閥(fa)和(he)(he)二(er)次開閥(fa)連(lian)(lian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一體,主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)和(he)(he)導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)分步使(shi)(shi)電磁力(li)(li)和(he)(he)壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)直接開啟主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)口(kou)。當(dang)線(xian)圈通(tong)電時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),產生(sheng)電磁力(li)(li)使(shi)(shi)動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)和(he)(he)靜(jing)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)吸(xi)合,導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)口(kou)開啟而(er)導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)口(kou)設在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)口(kou)上,且動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)與主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)芯(xin)(xin)連(lian)(lian)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)一起,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)上腔(qiang)的壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)通(tong)過導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)口(kou)卸荷,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)差(cha)和(he)(he)電磁力(li)(li)的同時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)使(shi)(shi)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)芯(xin)(xin)向上運動(dong),開啟主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)介質流通(tong)。當(dang)線(xian)圈斷電時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)電磁力(li)(li)消失,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)動(dong)鐵(tie)芯(xin)(xin)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)自重(zhong)和(he)(he)彈簧力(li)(li)的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)關(guan)閉導(dao)(dao)閥(fa)孔,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)介質在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)平衡孔中進(jin)入主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa)芯(xin)(xin)上腔(qiang),使(shi)(shi)上腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)升高,此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)彈簧復位和(he)(he)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)關(guan)閉主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)閥(fa),介質斷流。結構合理,動(dong)作(zuo)可靠,在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)零壓(ya)(ya)差(cha)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)也可靠。如:6013、0124、6012等(deng)
帶伺服活塞和強制閥門提升,適用于zui高溫度+180℃的介質。打開閥門不需壓差,斷電時通過彈簧力和介質自身壓力關閉。
