功能簡介:
對三位閥(fa)(fa),每個控制信(xin)號(hao)控制一個閥(fa)(fa)位。當(dang)兩(liang)個信(xin)號(hao)都(dou)不存(cun)在時,靠彈簧力和(或(huo))氣壓力使閥(fa)(fa)芯處(chu)于中(zhong)(zhong)間位置(簡稱中(zhong)(zhong)位或(huo)零位)
閥(fa)(fa)芯結構(gou)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)影響閥(fa)(fa)性能的重要因(yin)素之一。常用的閥(fa)(fa)芯結構(gou)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)(shi)有滑(hua)柱(zhu)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、座閥(fa)(fa)式(shi)(shi)(shi)、滑(hua)柱(zhu)座閥(fa)(fa)式(shi)(shi)(shi)(平衡(heng)座閥(fa)(fa)式(shi)(shi)(shi))和滑(hua)板(ban)式(shi)(shi)(shi)等。
可分為(wei)彈性密(mi)封(feng)和(he)間隙(xi)密(mi)封(feng)。彈性密(mi)封(feng)基本無泄漏,但受溫度影(ying)響;間隙(xi)密(mi)封(feng)雖存在微露但溫度使(shi)用范圍較寬,頻率高。
閥的(de)連接(jie)(jie)方式(shi)有管式(shi)連接(jie)(jie)、板式(shi)連接(jie)(jie)、法(fa)蘭連接(jie)(jie)和集裝式(shi)連接(jie)(jie)。
按控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)數(shu)可(ke)分(fen)成單(dan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)式(shi)和雙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)式(shi)。單(dan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)式(shi)是(shi)(shi)指(zhi)閥的一個工作位(wei)(wei)(wei)置由控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)可(ke)以是(shi)(shi)電信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)、氣(qi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)、人力(li)(li)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)或(huo)機械信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)等(deng)),另一工作位(wei)(wei)(wei)置是(shi)(shi)當(dang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)消失(shi)后,靠(kao)其它力(li)(li)來獲(huo)得(de)(稱(cheng)為復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)方式(shi))。靠(kao)彈簧(huang)力(li)(li)復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)稱(cheng)為彈簧(huang)復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei);靠(kao)氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)稱(cheng)為氣(qi)壓(ya)復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei);靠(kao)彈簧(huang)力(li)(li)和氣(qi)壓(ya)力(li)(li)復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)稱(cheng)為混合復(fu)位(wei)(wei)(wei)。雙控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)式(shi)是(shi)(shi)指(zhi)閥有兩個控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)。對二位(wei)(wei)(wei)閥,兩個閥分(fen)別由一個控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)獲(huo)得(de)。當(dang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)消失(shi),另一個控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)未加入時,能保持原有閥位(wei)(wei)(wei)不變的,稱(cheng)為具有記(ji)憶(yi)功(gong)能的閥。
SMC直動式減壓閥體(閥后壓力控制用)出廠時設置閥芯位置為全開,當有壓流體介質流經閥門后,閥后管道內壓力慢慢升高到預置調節壓力值的同時,介質通過預安裝在調壓閥膜片或活塞執行機構和閥后管道之間連接的引壓銅管(或不銹鋼管)實現引壓作用,引入介質壓力源到閥門執行機構內,使調壓閥執行機構內產生相應的壓力,然后通過和執行機構連接的閥桿產生推力來克服閥桿填料摩擦力和調壓閥彈簧預緊力以及由介質壓力作用在閥芯上而產生的不平衡力,從而使閥芯產生上下直線運動來控制閥芯的開度以調節改變介質壓差和流量,實現調壓的目的。當閥后介質壓力值升高超過設定調節壓力時,執行機構產生的下推力增大,閥芯向下直線位移使閥門開度減小,隨之閥后介質壓力相應下降;
