技術介紹SMC直動(dong)式2·3通氣(qi)控(kong)閥 當閥后(hou)壓(ya)力(li)P1增(zeng)加(jia)時(shi),P1作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)在頂盤(pan)(pan)上(shang)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li)也隨之增(zeng)加(jia)。此時(shi),頂盤(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li)大于(yu)彈簧的(de)(de)反作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li),使(shi)閥芯向離開閥座的(de)(de)方(fang)向移動(dong),直到頂盤(pan)(pan)的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li)與彈簧的(de)(de)反作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li)相平衡(heng)為止(zhi)。這時(shi),閥芯與閥座的(de)(de)流(liu)通面積(ji)減大,流(liu)阻變(bian)小,從而(er)使(shi)P1降為設定(ding)值。同理,當閥后(hou)壓(ya)力(li)P1降低時(shi),作(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)(yong)方(fang)向與上(shang)述(shu)相反,這就是自力(li)式(閥前)壓(ya)力(li)調節閥的(de)(de)工作(zuo)(zuo)原理。
